Pre Orders / Drop Shipping:

At Storeedo you can buy virtually anything.

Our Team available at various stations, can buy any item you want and send it to you.

Procedure:

  1. Send us the link of the selected item(s).
  2. We prepare a quotation for your shipment and send to you for confirmation.
  3. After confirmation, customer needs to pay the international cost of item(s) [Items price + shipping to Pakistan], which is roughly 70%, in advance.
  4. The item(s) will reach you in around 55 to 60 days.
  5. The remaining amount (Local Delivery and Service Charges) can be paid as COD.

Assembly Services:

  1. We are resellers of brands and sell the items as received from Brand Stores.
  2. Many items, especially from IKEA and Homecentre are sold packed and need assembly after delivery, which is not included as our service.
  3. Assembly Service are only available for Lahore, with extra charges and it needs to be booked before delivery at the time of placing order.
  4. Assembly charges will vary from item to item and if requested after the order is delivered, visit charges will be added as well. For details of charges, you can call / message us on our provided numbers. 
 

Returns and Refunds:

We believe in building relationships with Customers.

Our aim is Customer’s Trust as we believe that Customers are the real Brand Ambassadors.

In line with our aim, we offer a 7 Day Replacement / Money Back Guarantee.

Return Procedure:

If the received product is not original / damaged / defected / incomplete, then you can initialize return procedure by sending the pictures to us by email or WhatsApp. Kindly mention the order ID in your request.

After the review of your request, we will arrange a pickup.

The product will be replaced or money will be refunded as a voucher depending on the request.

Terms and Conditions:

The product will not be eligible for return if
  • You did not like the product after opening the package.
  • You have changed your mind about the purchase.
  • You no longer have a use for the product.
  • Size of a fashion product does not fit.
  • The product is damaged after use.

The product should be returned as it was received by you.

The product should not be used in a way that its originality is altered.

The product should be returned with all the accessories received with the product.

Refunds Procedure:

In case of order cancellation (customer request or item(s) not available) for paid orders, the following will be applicable:
  • For Bank Deposits: Refund will be paid in full to the provided account e.g. Jazzcash / Easypaisa / Raast / Bank Account within 2 working 2 days.
  • For Debit / Credit Card Payments: Refund will be made on the same card within 7 working days.
